RxDC Reporting for the 2024 Plan Year

Group health plans and health insurance issuers must annually submit detailed information on prescription drug and healthcare spending to CMS. This reporting is referred to as the “prescription drug data collection” (or “RxDC report”). The next RxDC report is due by June 1, 2025, covering data for 2024. Click here to learn more.

Towne Benefits is gathering information from each of our carrier partners to help employers meet the RxDC reporting timelines. Please click here to learn more.

Form 5500 Deadline is July 31, 2025

Each year, employers that are subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) must electronically file an annual report (Form 5500) for each employee benefit plan they maintain unless a filing exemption applies. Employers with employee benefit plans that operate on a calendar year basis must file their annual reports for 2024 with the U.S. DOL by July 31, 2025. Click here to learn more.
