All at no cost to our brokers.
If you were previously FFM certified and have used Edge to enroll Individual clients, we've been working behind the scenes to build your new HealthSherpa account. While HealthSherpa has amazing technology, no technology is 100% intuitive. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to attend one or more of our training sessions which will be announced shortly!
If you were already using HealthSherpa in the past to enroll Individuals, please let our team know so we can have your account aligned under TFA.
With the advent of this partnership, we plan to retire TFA Edge’s Marketplace connectivity on October 1, 2022. However, I want to be clear - our support for all other functionalities of TFA Edge is unwavering. We simply believe the best outcome for our brokers is the combination of HealthSherpa for Individual Marketplace sales and TFA Edge for the sales and service of employee benefits.
